The Heber meet is this Saturday, January 31st. You can still e-mail Dennis your entry form at dennis.tesch@wasatch.edu or deck enter on Saturday. His fin events are hilarious so consider taking a
bash at one. I mean really, do you have a personal best with fins yet?

The Utah State Championship swim meet will be Friday & Saturday, March 27th & 28th at the South Davis Rec Center. The 400 IM and 1650 will be held Friday night and the 1000 will be held early Saturday morning. There will be another warm up after the 1000 for the remaining events.
If you have not been to South Davis, we have 10 competition lanes and 5 warm up lanes above the bulkhead. A huge thank you to Kris Edwards for securing this beautiful venue for us.
I have attached the registration form as well as a flyer for the meet. Please register early for the 1650 and the 1000. We are only running 3 heats of these.
We expect this to be a large meet like the South Davis meet, so please encourage participation in your team.

QUAC has partnered with a new sponsor… au naturale™ in Sugarhouse.

They have offered an amazing ongoing fundraising opportunity for us, donating 1/4 of their profits to QUAC! Please tell the cashier that you “are a member of QUAC” everytime you eat there and they will donate 25% of that sale back to our team. It’s that easy.
In addition to this ongoing donation, au naturale™ has donated cash and food for Ski-n-Swim coming up in February. We encourage everyone to continue to support this and our other amazing sponsors.
au naturale™ is a new concept restaurant for people who want to eat well on a tight schedule. They have an eclectic menu of quality sandwiches, wraps, sushi and sides. All healthy and great tasting. Never fried. Dine in, take away, or drive thru. Au naturale’s mission is to enrich the lives of their guests, employees and stakeholders… and treat their employees with respect and dignity. QUAC and au naturale™ are perfect fit! For more information: go au naturale . com
