Join us for a unique triathlon clinic focusing on transitions, nutrition, and mental toughness! You will learn tips from the pros on how to set up a fast transition so that you can fly through T1 and T2 and take minutes off your time. We will practice transitions F1-style on a mini course, so bring all your tri gear! Also, you will hear from our guest speakers about the importance of sports psychology and nutrition for endurance athletes. Get an edge on the competition and register today!

Please plan on arriving 15 minutes early for check-in. Bring all of your triathlon gear including bikes and helmets. You will not be allowed to participate in the transition section of the clinic without a helmet. We will divide into groups based on skill level. The meeting will feature presentations by USA Water Polo CEO Christopher Ramsey, Olympic and Mountain Zone Chair Brad Peercy. Town Hall meetings will be held in all of the USA Water Polo zones to share information and foster dialogue on national and regional issues, as well as to better acquaint all of us working to build our sport.
