Sometimes we need help to do those things that make an improvement in our lives. QUAC has members and sponsors who contribute to QUAC to help assist swimmers who are an asset to the team, who bring an enthusiasm to learn, a commitment to help the team and community, and to "pay it forward" when they are able!
